When I began my adventure of building a home I had the fortunate opportunity to find Frank’s name on Eagle Rock’s preferred builders list. My initial meeting and first impression of Frank was very positive and one that continues to today. Even so I did touch base with 4 or 5 of his former customers who all gave him the highest of marks for his work and that of his crew. Most noteworthy and most important to me was his level of integrity and how that translated into our working relationship and my building experience overall. My wife and I were very nervous about building a vacation home so far away from our primary residence. We live nearly 3 hours away. We heard and read the horror stories about crooked contractors running off with your money or doing inferior work by taking shortcuts are using any inferior products.
After numerous phone calls and unproductive conversations with a few different builders we were lucky enough to find Frank and Ark Construction. We scheduled a meeting and within five minutes I told my wife this is the man who will be building our house.
Frank answered all our questions and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear about our project. He was fair and honest about the pricing and the time frame it would take to build our home. We appreciated his honesty and felt very comfortable and confident in our decision to allow Frank and his team to build our home. We were not disappointed.
Every phone call was answered or returned in a timely manner. We received daily updates on the progress of via text message, emails and photos any questions or ideas, Frank had communicated to us.
The project went as smoothly as we expected and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Frank and his team do excellent work and truly care about the homes of they build. We allow Frank to retain a key to our house so he can show it to many future clients. He takes pride in his work that is evident in the way he conducts his business and the end result of his efforts.
Anyone can build you a house in Eagle rock but Frank and Ark Construction will build you home you can be proud of and enjoy for years to come. I would highly recommend Ark Construction if you're seriously considering building a home or finishing your basement. You will not be disappointed.
